  &lt;p&gt;This was exceedingly useful. I am not joking. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;I got my ballot guide and, for the first time ever, thumbed through it... reading the accounts. And the fact that people submit their opinions in BLOCKS OF TEXT IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE ALL CAPS MEANS IT'S IMPORTANT AND WILL CONVINCE PEOPLE AUTOMATICALLY really disturbed me and really made it hit home that just about any idiot could submit something for the masses to read and make a decision on. And I remember having these exact same thoughts about shit, why don't we have people who are paid to study the effects of all these possible socioeconomic decisions and figure out what the best ones are for us, cause I sure as hell don't have the time to research and find out...&lt;/p&gt;
